Why a monthly subscription?

The subscription covers secure hosting (SSL), domain renewal, unlimited edits, support, and technical maintenance. Everything is included, no surprises.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, after the initial 12-month commitment period. Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of the current month.

How are unlimited edits handled?

You can send your requests via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We deliver within 48 business hours, limited to 3 requests per week. One edit = one request, even if it contains multiple elements (text, image, section...). For heavier requests (redesign, advanced features), a custom quote will be provided.

What happens in case of non-payment?

Edits are suspended after 7 days of delay. In case of non-payment exceeding 30 days, the site may be temporarily disabled until payment is received.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain name is purchased in your name and you can transfer the site wherever you want after the 12th month. Upon request, we provide you with a ZIP containing all static files and instructions.

How does payment work?

Payment is made online via a secure Stripe link, by credit card only. The charge is automatic each month. No other payment methods are accepted.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Everything is included in the monthly subscription. The only paid options are additional SEO articles (+€10/article) and certain complex requests requiring a custom quote.

What about GDPR compliance?

The site comes with GDPR-compliant legal notices and privacy policy pages. No cookie banner is needed unless you add services like Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

I already have a domain name, is that possible?

Yes! We can connect or transfer your existing domain. In this case, the domain purchase cost is simply deducted from the offer.
